Our Targeted Group Programs are 6-week pre-dated sessions available on a first-come, first-serve basis for 8-10 participants. Each week features a detailed lesson followed by a Q&A session, ensuring personalized attention and in-depth understanding. Participants will leave with a detailed workbook, practical knowledge, and actionable steps to enhance their health and well-being in the specific focus area of their chosen program.
Cardiometabolic Program/ Reverse Insulin Resistance, Restore Wellness
This program is designed for individuals aiming to reverse insulin resistance and improve overall cardiometabolic health. Through expert guidance on nutrition, lifestyle modifications, and stress management, you’ll learn how to combat conditions like metabolic syndrome and prevent disease.
Gut Health/Detox Program: Cleanse & Revitalize

Targeted at athletes and individuals with mild to moderate TBI, this program focuses on brain health, prevention, and recovery from concussions. We cover the importance of optimal vitamin D, EPA/DHA, and other protective measures, as well as immediate steps to take following a concussion, including supplements, HBOT, and neurofeedback.
